Meet Preet Kamal Kaur

Preet, an experienced New Zealand Physiotherapist with extensive 14 years of clinical and academic experience, has expertise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports injuries, neurological rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, falls prevention, pediatric physiotherapy and post-surgical rehabilitation. Preet has previously worked as a Senior Physio in some reputed companies. Alongside her clinical work, Preet Kamal Kaur has extensive experience in teaching, research, and mentorship. She has worked as a clinical educator for undergraduate and postgraduate students, supervised graduate and postgraduate research projects, and contributed to various programs with Brain Research New Zealand. Being fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, she is passionate about providing inclusive, patient-centred care to people from all backgrounds. She adopts a patient-centred, evidence-based approach, combining manual therapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, dry needling and personalised exercise rehabilitation. Preet believes in empowering patients through education and tailored rehabilitation, enabling them to take an active role in their recovery. Outside the clinic, Preet enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and listening to music.
