Terms & Cancellation Policy

These terms provide general information about appointments and services at Fast Cure Physio. By booking or attending an appointment, you agree to follow the clinic's reasonable appointment and payment requirements as communicated to you.

Appointments

Appointments are subject to availability. Please provide accurate contact and booking information so we can communicate with you about your appointment. If you are running late, please contact the clinic as soon as possible. A late arrival may reduce the available treatment time or require the appointment to be rescheduled.

Cancellations and missed appointments

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible so the appointment can be offered to another patient. Any cancellation or no-show fee that applies will be communicated by the clinic or shown as part of the booking process before it is charged.

Fees and payment

Current fees are shown on our Pricing page or communicated by the clinic. Fees may differ depending on whether an appointment is ACC-funded or private and on the service provided. You are responsible for any applicable patient surcharge, private fee, cancellation fee, or other amount that has been clearly communicated to you.

ACC appointments

ACC-related services are subject to ACC eligibility, claim requirements and any applicable patient surcharge. If a service or claim is not covered by ACC, private fees may apply where this has been communicated to you.

Clinical care

Physiotherapy assessment and treatment are based on professional clinical judgement and your individual circumstances. Outcomes can vary between patients, and no particular treatment outcome can be guaranteed. You are encouraged to ask questions and tell your physiotherapist about relevant health information, concerns, changes in symptoms, or anything that may affect treatment.

Online information

Information on this website is general information only and is not a substitute for individual assessment, diagnosis or treatment. If you have an urgent or serious health concern, seek appropriate medical care.

Online booking and external services

Online booking may be provided through a third-party service such as Gensolve. Availability shown by the booking system is subject to the clinic's schedule and the third-party service's operation.

Privacy

Personal and health information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable New Zealand privacy requirements.

Changes to these terms

Fast Cure Physio may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to clinic services, booking arrangements or legal requirements. The version published on this website is the current website version.
